First and foremost, I love bamboo. I have been collecting bamboo for over 15 years, have always loved to garden and my business is an opportunity to share my knowledge of this special plant.

If you have visited this site, that is the first sign that you are casting aside misperceptions or just plain misunderstanding about the functionality and beauty of bamboo in the garden.  My goal is to give my customers the information they need to choose the right bamboo, understand the “do’s” and “don’ts” with bamboo and have a positive experience with bamboo.

So, if you visit us at a plant sale or special event, here is what you can expect – lots of practical information, no hard selling, no pressure and yes, lots of quality non-invasive clumping bamboo plants for sale. We also have a small selection of running bamboo in containers. My business is home-based, literally a small ‘backyard nursery’ with one of the largest varieties of bamboo plants in the Sacramento area.
